Matt Frizzell
Matt Frizzell joined Stream Realty Partners in 2004 at the firm's headquarters in Dallas. In his role, he works on the overall marketing effort for a two million square foot leasing portfolio. Matt also creates opportunities within the fields of tenant representation, dispositions, and acquisitions within the firm as well as for the firm's clients. While at Stream, Matt has played an integral role in numerous transactions including leasing, sales, acquisitions, and tenant representation. Additionally, he is very active in the community through the United Way.
Kevin Granger
Kevin joined Stream Realty in 2008, and is responsible for the strategic planning, development, asset management and leasing for Stream Austin’s 6.3 million square foot office portfolio. Kevin has 14 years experience in commercial real estate in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Stream, Kevin was responsible for overseeing the 3.2 million square foot office portfolio within Aspen Properties Austin portfolio. Prior to joining Aspen Properties, Kevin was a Principle at the Trammell Crow Company over seeing the office division. Over his 10 year career as one of Trammell Crow’s top leasing specialists, he was directly responsible for leasing over 2.4 million square feet of commercial real estate with an aggregate value exceeding $324 million.
