Derek Land

Derek Land joined Stream Realty Partners in 2006 and is the Co-Managing Partner of Stream’s Austin office. Derek’s role is to oversee and spearhead the growth of the Austin office through office and industrial leasing and management, acquisitions, development and tenant representation services.

Prior to joining Stream, Derek worked for Endeavor Real Estate Group in Austin for five years where he led the leasing efforts for the firm’s office and industrial portfolio which totaled over 2 million square feet. In addition, Derek closed numerous tenant representation deals ranging from small office leases to a major office relocation in which Derek represented the tenant in a purchase of a 150,000 square foot office building for their new headquarters.

Rachel Coulter

Rachel Coulter joined Stream Realty Partners in 2006 as a Vice President, specializing in office landlord representation. Throughout her six years in the business, Rachel has received numerous accolades for her performance as a leasing agent. She has been recognized by Costar as a top agent for the past five years and in 2005 was named one of the best landlord representatives by the Austin Business Journal. Her career average has been 60-65 transactions per year, and she recently handled leasing of a mixed portfolio of 1,700,000 square feet.
