Incoming Mail
Incoming Mail is delivered by the Postal Service directly to your assigned mailbox. The cluster mailboxes are located in the parking garage near the pedestrian exit across from the elevators. If you have problems with your mail relating to delivered material or delivery times, you will need to call the Post Office directly. The Postal Station numbers for service to this area are (512) 892-2794 or 1-800-ASK-USPS. The U.S. Post Office that services Parkway at Oak Hill is the Oak Hill Station located at 6104 Old Fredericksburg Road, Austin, TX, 78749-9998.

Outgoing Mail
An outgoing mail depository is located in the parking garage near the pedestrian exit across from the elevators. The U.S. Postal Service provides one drop-off and pick-up per day during business hours.
