Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
HVAC services are provided Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. excluding holidays. Certain areas of the building may experience a slightly different schedule due to varying mechanical systems. After-hours HVAC service can be made available by pressing the "on" button on the thermostat in the desired area. This will provide air conditioning in 2-hour increments. The Tenant will be billed for the HVAC used at an hourly rate.
