Each Tenant should ensure that a completed set o f these forms is on-file in the Managment Office to enable personnel to:
- Identify authorized Tenant Administrators
- Accommodate authorized after-hours access requests
- Authorize lock & key work and / or reimbursable work projects
- Contact you in the event of an after-hours emergency
